As a valued VIP Member of Bona Vie Medical Spa, please take a moment to review the following membership terms:

Payments & Billing

Membership payments are automatically collected on the 1st of each month. Full payment for any products or services must be made prior to receiving treatment. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for monthly membership auto-pay. If your card is declined or expires, you have 7 days to update your payment information. Failure to do so may result in membership cancellation.

Membership Terms

Memberships have a 6-month minimum commitment. Cancellations are not permitted within the first 6 months. After 6 months, you may cancel your membership at any time. Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or shared. All services must be redeemed by the registered member. You must be 18 years or older to enroll in a membership.

Services & Redemption

Complimentary services included with your membership must be redeemed within 30 days of the renewal date. All services and products are subject to change.  Any updates to pricing, terms, or offerings will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.

Additional Policies

Any charges processed for membership renewal are non-refundable and will remain as a credit in your Bona Vie Wallet.
