How long is each membership?
A three-month commitment is required. After that, our memberships are month-to-month, and your credit card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month until cancellation.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling your membership is easy. You can cancel your membership 30 days before the next billing cycle. Please reach out to Bona Vie Medical Spa directly to cancel. Also, note that we allow memberships to be paused.
Why should I consider a membership?
Many customers wait for treatments to go on sale, but having a membership offers discounted services and benefits all the time. Why wait? Most treatments recommend a specific number of sessions, which is the best way to save money! For example, our Tox Renewal Membership allows patients to save money toward their next treatment. Our Beauty Essentials, Enhance, and Deluxe memberships provide significant savings over multiple treatments, allowing credits to be added to your Bona Vie wallet for future use.
What is Bona Vie runs a promotion that is better?
We may run promotions and encourage our Members to participate. Rest assured, we will always honor the best offer available to ensure your Membership is valuable. This is one of the perks of being a Member—you secure the best pricing.
Terms & Conditions
- All products and services offered at Bona Vie Medical Spa are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to Membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 30 days in advance.
- You may cancel your Membership at any time after 3 months.
- Memberships cannot be canceled within the first 3 months.
- Please note that we do not pause Memberships.
- Memberships at Bona Vie Medical Spa are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member only.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a Membership.
- For Memberships, including complimentary services, you have 30 days from the renewal date to redeem your service.
- Bona Vie Medical Spa reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your Membership at any time if the terms of this Membership agreement are not met.
- Any charges that have been processed for renewal are final and will remain in your Bona Vie wallet.
- Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted for Memberships on monthly autopay. If a Membership lapses, you have 7 days to contact and provide new card information; otherwise, the Membership may be canceled.
