NATALIE WINEGAR
Women’s Health Nurse Practitoner – BC, MSN, ARNP
Natalie is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Bona Vie Medical Spa. She started her career as a nurse in labor and delivery and then pursued her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner, earning a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2021.
After graduating, she delved into full-time Aesthetic medicine, always keeping up with the latest techniques and technology to ensure the best care for her patients.
Natalie specializes in cosmetic injections, skin & body rejuvenation, Women’s Intimate Wellness, sexual health, and much more. She is also a certified O-Shot® and P-Shot® provider in Idaho Falls, ID.
Outside of work, being a mom is her favorite role. She enjoys watching her son play sports, camping, hiking, and cooking up new recipes. Natalie loves taking spontaneous trips with her family and friends.
Cheyenne Craig
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Cheyenne Craig is a Registered Nurse with an added Certification in Aesthetic Nursing. She was born and raised right here in Idaho. She graduated from Bonneville High School and went on to get her nursing degree from the College of Eastern idaho. Most of her nursing career has been in the Emergency Room at EIRMC, as well as experience in the Women’s Center, taking care of postpartum mothers and newborn babies.
She loves being a nurse and taking care of people. Cheyenne always said, “if I didn’t do nursing, I would have done beauty.” So now she gets the best of both worlds. She loves to bring a new sense of confidence to all her clients and help them feel like their best selves.
Cheyenne is married to her high school sweetheart; they have been together for a total of 11 years and married for 5 years. They have one little boy names Axel, who they adore. Cheyenne enjoys spending time with family, doing all the outdoor things, loving the fitness world, and of course, taking care of others.

Rosa Maldonado
Esthetician
Rosa Maldonado is an Esthetician at Bona Vie Medical Spa with a great passion for helping her clients look and feel their best through personalized skincare and beauty services. She offers a variety of personalized skincare and beauty services, from brow lamination and staining to waxing and rejuvenating facials. Rosa loves to guide each person on their unique beauty journey, making the experience enjoyable and fulfilling.
After graduating from the Esthetics program in Pocatello, Rosa is excited to continue her education in the Physician Assistant program at Idaho State University. Her goal is to deepen her knowledge and skills in advanced aesthetics, allowing her to provide even better care for her clients.
We are thrilled to have Rosa as part of our team! She is currently accepting new clients and is looking forward to helping everyone achieve their beauty goals.

Arlie Finn
Receptionist
Arlie is the friendly face you’ll see at our front desk, bringing her passion for beauty and a love for connecting with people to Bona Vie Medical Spa. A standout achiever, she skipped 8th grade and graduated from Idaho Falls High School at just 16. Now, she’s pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse while managing a downtown boutique with her sister, featuring jewelry, fashion, and more.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Arlie loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, dirt biking, boating, and snowboarding, embracing the beauty and adventure of Idaho’s natural landscapes.
With her blend of ambition, creativity, and a heart for others, Arlie plays an integral role in the welcoming and uplifting experience that clients have at Bona Vie Medical Spa.
