As a VIP Member of Bona Vie Medical Spa, please review the following membership terms.
Payments & Billing
We process membership payments automatically on the 1st of each month. Before receiving treatment, you must pay in full for all services and products. We require a credit card for monthly auto-pay.
If your card declines or expires, update your payment information within 7 days. Otherwise, we may cancel your membership.
Membership Terms
Your membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment. During the first 6 months, you cannot cancel. After that period, you may cancel anytime.
We do not allow pauses, transfers, or shared memberships. Only the registered member may redeem services. Additionally, you must be 18 years or older to enroll.
Services & Redemption
Redeem your complimentary monthly services within 30 days of your renewal date. We may adjust services, products, or pricing as needed. If we make changes, we will notify members at least 30 days in advance.
Additional Policies
All renewal charges remain non-refundable; however, we apply them as credit in your Bona Vie Wallet. Bona Vie Medical Spa may review, suspend, or cancel memberships if members fail to follow these terms.
